After a few small VOIC projects to forefront 2018, Henley decided that JWH Construction was next to build their new Weymouth store. This new four bay location was unique for both JWH as well as Henley. For us; it was a new opportunity to break ground after many years of recession driven renovation projects. For Henley, the new location came with some new design aspects that they had not yet previously implemented. This location featured a four bay service area that could service not just your consumer vehicles, but larger fleet vehicles and trucks as well. A new slab design was also integrated allowing VIOC to embed their standard car lifts into the garage bay’s finish floor. Being the trial run, extra coordination and field modifications where necessary to get over the hurdles created by setting the lifts directly on the structures pre-cast planks and to accommodate the larger loads needed to carry fleet vehicles.
